WHO WE ARE

Institute for Mediation Excellence (IME) is a dispute resolution company incorporated under the Companies Act of Zambia to provide a wide range of high-quality conflict management services and mediation training to individuals, organisations, and communities.

WHAT WE DO

Mediation (facilitated negotiation) and other non-coercive ADR services for a wide range of disputes (including company - community dispute resolution, commercial and corporate governance dispute resolution, land disputes, family disputes, succession disputes and employment disputes, among others).
Alternative Dispute Resolution advisory services.
Mediation training for various levels of management engaged in dispute resolution in their day-to-day work.
Non-coercive dispute system design for organisations including disciplinary procedures, sexual harassment claims for the promotion of harmonious work environments and continued business relationships.
